Code of conduct & Business ethics

Policy Statement

ASCS has implemented a policy and standard operating procedure (PSOP) providing for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the ASCS Ethics & Compliance Employee Hotline. This policy is applicable to all ASCS employees.


Responsibilities

  1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for overall administration of this PSOP
  2. Compliance & Ethics Department is responsible for maintaining records of calls received on the Hotline and actions taken
  3. All company personnel are responsible for understanding and following this Standard Operating Procedure.


General

This PSOP establishes the requirement for, establishment and ongoing maintenance of an Ethics & Compliance Employee Hotline. Employees may report violations of the law as well as unethical behavior and other violations to the ASCS Code of Conduct & Business Ethics directly to senior management. Alternatively reports may be submitted by email or by using the hotline toll free number provided.


Deployment

The policy is deployed and made accessible through the Hotline Brochure and Hotline Webpage.
